Essential oil FIR / 30 ml

It provides:
  Antiseptic effect;
  Rejuvenating effect;
  Cleansing action;
  Anti-inflammatory effect;
  Anti-edematous action;
  Smoothing action;
  Tonic effect;
  Deodorizing effect;

METHODS OF EXTERNAL USE:

  Inhalation (for colds, flu) - add 1-2 drops of fir oil to a container with hot water, cover with a towel and deeply inhale the vapors for 5-6 minutes. The eyes should be closed.

  Enrichment of cosmetic products - mix 4-6 drops of fir oil with 15 g of cream, use for irritated and aging skin.

  Baths - into a filled bath (37-38 C) add 4-7 drops of fir oil, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.
  

  Sauna - add 5-10 drops of fir oil to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the top rack of the steam room.
  

  To aromatize rooms - add 4-5 drops of fir oil to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. In the absence of an aroma lamp, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on the radiator.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:Individual intolerance. Not recommended for infants. Toxic if ingested.

Ingredients: myrcene, cis- and trans-β-ocimene, limonene, dipentene, α- and γ-terpinenes, terpinolene, α- and β-pinenes, camphene, santhene, α- thuyene, α-phenchene, 3-carene, γ-bisabolene, sabinene, n-cymene, borneol, cineole and other components.
